The therapeutic relationship is the most important factor when it comes to client progress and change. I welcome you to book a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good fit.

individual session: 60 min - $150, 90 min - $225

Individual sessions are available in-person or online.

refresher/check-in session: 30 min - $80

For existing clients who may not require a full hour, but need to touch base and have a refresher session. This can be done in-person or online.

couples counselling: 60 min - $160, 90 min - $240

Couples sessions are available in-person or online. I work with couples on a case-by-case basis with an emphasis on body/emotion-based therapies and attachment theory. Please contact me if you are interested in couples work.

safe & sound protocol: $850, remote adult delivery - $480, remote caregiver/child delivery - $360, initial 30-minute SSP Consultation (new clients) - $80

Insurance

I am able to direct bill ICBC and Métis Nation British Columbia. I am not able to direct bill private insurance companies but I will provide you with a receipt for submission.

Payment

All prices include gst. Payment is due the day of your session, unless other arrangements have been made. I accept cash, credit card, or e-transfer.
